We are seeking two experienced English Facilitators to join a reputable educational institute on a fixed term contract basis in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will focus on delivering engaging lessons, fostering a conducive learning environment, and assisting students in improving their language proficiency for academic and professional success.

• Facilitate interactive English language workshops, tutorials, and lectures aligned with the curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Support students in developing reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Evaluate and assess students' progress through formative and summative assessments.
• Collaborate with faculty members to support interdisciplinary learning initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.

• A Bachelor’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience teaching English at the tertiary level or to adult learners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse student groups.
• Proficiency in integrating technology into teaching.
• Knowledge of South Africa’s higher education landscape desirable.
