Key Responsibilities
Prospect and onboard new customers in the Industrial sector
Drive sales of labels and label consumables by following a structured sales process
Grow market share by generating leads, cold calling, and setting up client meetings
Conduct client site audits to better understand customer requirements
Prepare and present tailored quotations based on client needs
Ensure high customer service standards by managing orders, backlogs, and sample requests
Build strong long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Manage complaints professionally and ensure timely resolutions
Update CRM system (Skynamo) regularly and provide accurate sales reports
Attend sales meetings and performance reviews with your Sales Manager
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 / Matric
3-4 years of technical field sales experience (preferably in Industrial or Label Sales)
Proven track record in following and executing a structured sales process
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and solutions-focused
Professional, disciplined, and eager to grow through company-led development
