As Senior SEO Specialist (Management Track), you'll own outcomes across our most strategic clients while building your leadership chops.

• Campaign Mastery: Architect and lead enterprise-level SEO programs end-to-end
• Technical & Semantic Depth: From site architecture and rendering to entity / intent mapping and internal linking at scale
• Leadership & Mentorship: Level up teammates, automate SEO playbooks, and shape an A-team culture
• Innovation Driver: Partner with our devs to design and pressure-test internal SEO tools (crawl parsers, link-graph builders, clustering, QA gates)
• Revenue Focus: Collaborate on high-stakes pitches and roadmap strategies that move business KPIs—not just rankings

• 3+ years in senior SEO roles with SEO wins in competitive SERPs
• Google Sheets ninja (ARRAYFORMULA, REGEX, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE—fast and clean)
• Daily AI user (ChatGPT as a multiplier for research, drafting, QA, and ops)
• Proven leadership — you've led people, programs, and clients to measurable wins

• Analytics: GA4, GTM, GSC
• Tool Mastery: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Code Fluency: HTML & CSS; diagnose JS rendering and indexing issues
• SEO Migration Expertise: Protect—and aim to grow—rankings through complex rebuilds / moves
• Link Ecosystem Architecture: Tiered strategies, quality control, risk-managed acquisition
• Semantic SEO & Entity Mapping: Align entities, intent, and information gain

• Log-file & Server Diagnostics
