About Mascotte
Mascotte is a fast‑growing, tech‑enabled company transforming how veterinary practices operate behind the scenes. We’re not a staffing agency—we’re an extension of the veterinary teams we support. Our trained professionals handle client communication, scheduling, documentation, and day‑to‑day workflows so that vets can focus on patient care. We work exclusively in the veterinary space, and our team is made up of people who’ve lived the vet clinic hustle. If you’re looking to take your clinical experience online, work remotely, and join a high‑performance team that’s building something big, you’ll fit right in.

- Medical Monitoring Calls: Conduct check‑in calls with pet owners for post‑operative care or chronic condition management, track symptoms, elevate concerns to the veterinary team, and document updates in the medical record.
- Protocol Adherence: Follow each clinic’s systems, preferences, and communication tone exactly.
