Title: Technical Recruiter

Location: Remote (Philippines, Latin America, South Africa, Eastern Europe)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm Pacific Time

Salary: USD 1,200 - 1,600 monthly base salary (commission and bonuses discussed separately)

Key Responsibilities
  • Source top-tier technical talent across LinkedIn Recruiter (must-have), Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other platforms
  • Craft compelling outreach messages and manage follow-ups
  • Evaluate, rank, and recommend candidates against client briefs
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Meet weekly KPIs for outreach, interviews, and placements
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using a CRM or recruiting tool
  • Collaborate with the team via check-ins, debriefs, and Slack communications
  • Contribute to building a high-energy, performance-oriented team culture
Qualifications & Experience
  • 1-8 years in technical recruiting or a strong background in sales
    • 1-4 years = Technical Recruiter
    • 4-8 years = Senior Technical Recruiter
  • Fluent English with minimal to no accent (non-negotiable)
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, ZoomInfo, ContactOut, or similar tools
  • Coachable, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours (Pacific Time)
  • College degree preferred but not required
  • Experience recruiting for U.S.-based startups or recruitment agencies is a strong plus
  • Prior exposure to high-ticket sales ($25K-$50K contracts) is beneficial for junior candidates
Interview Process
  • Introductory 15-20 minute call with the co-founders
  • 1-hour take-home sourcing & messaging assessment
  • Debrief call to discuss assessment
  • Final round:
    • 30-minute sourcing session with founders
    • 30-minute team interview with broader team
