  • Job Overview :
  • The primary objective of the role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team while actively contributing to deal analysis, due diligence, KPI monitoring, and participating in development and improvement projects.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
    • Act as a central point of contact for sales‑related inquiries and communication, ensuring prompt and efficient response.
    • Assist in the organization of sales meetings, presentations, and events
    • Maintaining accurate and timely records on CRM
    • Responsible for ensuring Sales team keep accurate records on CRM
  • Deal Analysis and Due Diligence:
    • Signing off properties before them being sent to clients including full due diligence checklist
    • Conduct thorough analysis of property deals, including financial evaluation, market research, and risk assessment.
    • Creating deal packs in a timely and accurate manner
    • Perform due diligence processes to verify the accuracy and completeness of deal information.
  • Liaison with Viewings Team:
    • Collaborate closely with the viewings team to ensure timely sharing of property data and feedback.
    • Facilitate communication between the sales and viewings teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of property viewings and feedback for reference and analysis.
    • Organizes viewing appointments and monitoring dates
  • KPI Monitoring and Updates:
    • Monitor and update sales KPIs regularly, tracking progress against targets and objectives.
    • Compile and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular updates to the sales team and management on KPI status and performance metrics.
  • Development and Improvement Projects:
    • Leading on continuous improvements of processes, finding ways to increase efficiencies, ways of working, and saving time and costs
    • Participate in development and improvement projects aimed at enhancing sales processes, systems, and procedures.
    • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize sales effectiveness.
    • Contribute innovative ideas and insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the sales department.
  • Company wide / general:
    • Being an ambassador of the KOVE brand, understanding and promoting the company and it’s services
    • Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures
