We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive sales, grow our HHPC portfolio, and build strong client relationships.

We expect the candidate to be proactive, results‑driven, and skilled at building strong client relationships. They should have solid sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the ability to work independently while meeting targets. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are essential.

• Meet or exceed sales budget targets.
• Manage and grow sales territory and customer base.
• Market and promote all Rolfes Chemicals products.
• Offer the best product and outstanding service keeping in mind all the customer’s requirements.
• Build lasting professional relationships with customers.
• Prospect for new business.
• Provide market intelligence to management team.
• Analyse sales reports and formulate strategies.
• Monthly distribution of special price letters.
• Submit monthly visit and call report to Sales Manager.
• Perform other roles such as Fire Fighter, First aider, Safety Rep. etc. after appropriate training and appointment.

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or related field.
• Coschem Diploma will be an advantage.
• 3 – 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Sales experience in the HHPC industry will be an advantage.
• A valid driver’s licence and Own vehicle.
• Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Strong negotiation skills.

• Able to tackle complex problems effectivelyand adapt to fast-paced development environments.
• A strong leaderand have the ability to mentor junior consultants.
• Proven track record of working effectively in remote team settings, demonstrating flexibility, and contributing positively to a collaborative work environment.
• Analytical and a Problem‑Solving person: Exceptional ability to analyse complex requirements, identify potential bottlenecks, and devise effective solutions. Strong debugging skills to efficiently resolve issues in the development process.
