The Customer Support Agent will be part of the Applications Department and will assist customers in completing and finalizing their account applications. The role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and efficient task management in a fast-paced environment.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Computer literate (MS Office Suite, especially Excel)
• Fluent in English and at least one other South African language

• Assist customers via phone, email, or digital platforms during the application process
• Review and verify application documents for accuracy and completeness
• Guide customers on missing or incorrect information for swift finalization
• Update and maintain customer information on internal systems
• Provide timely updates on application status
• Escalate technical or complex queries to relevant departments
• Collaborate with team members to meet application targets
• Ensure compliance with procedures and data privacy standards
• Maintain strong communication skills
• Work effectively under pressure
• Work independently and in a team
• Have reliable transport for punctuality
