Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar Senior Management role.
• Experience in modern, technology-driven agriculture.
• Willingness to travel internationally several times a year.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and management of all vineyard operations.
• Oversee and run the wine cellar and the winemaking process.
• Lead and mentor vineyard and orchard managers for consistent performance.
• Drive and grow wine sales locally and internationally.
• Oversee citrus and olive expansion projects.
