Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Shop Operator to join our team at Cash Converters Ottery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the online store, including updating product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Process and fulfill customer orders, including handling payments inquiries, shipping, and returns.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement online marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure the online store is compliant with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the online store, working with the IT team as needed.
  • Assist client with online transaction if needed.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
