Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tailored financial strategies for individuals, groups, and businesses by analysing portfolios and identifying strategic investment opportunities (local and offshore).
  • Promote and sell a comprehensive range of financial products, including risk, retirement, funeral, and investment solutions.
  • Conduct detailed needs analyses to understand clients’ financial goals, risk tolerance, and long‑term objectives, providing personalised recommendations accordingly.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships through ongoing service, support, and regular portfolio reviews to optimise financial outcomes.
  • Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to ensure the delivery of up‑to‑date, compliant financial advice.
  • Collaborate with internal and external specialists to deliver holistic, client‑centric wealth solutions.
  • Ensure full compliance with FAIS and FSCA regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate, up‑to‑date client records and documentation.
  • Utilise company technology platforms for seamless client onboarding, tracking, and compliance management.
Minimum Requirements
  • Own reliable vehicle.
  • 1‑3 years’ experience in the financial industry, ideally within wealth planning
  • NQF Level 5 qualification (advantageous)
  • RE5 Certification (advantageous)
  • Completed class of business (preferred)
  • Clear criminal record and own reliable transport
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, independent, and hungry to build your own successful practice
