The role involves mapping business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing plans to improve accuracy and reduce costs. Candidates should hold a BEng / BSc in Industrial Engineering and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD is desired. This is a full-time position based in Midrand, Gauteng.

Qualifications

• Graduate / entry-level candidate with 3-5 years of experience.
• Exposure to warehouse operations, logistics or process improvements is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Map and analyse end-to-end business processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in warehouse operations.
• Develop improvement plans for accuracy, cost reduction, and turnaround times.
• Standardise and document operational procedures.
