Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team in Durban North South Africa. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills as well as a strong attention to detail. The role will involve providing administrative and support services remotely to our clients helping them to manage their day-to-day tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize client emails, calendars, and schedules
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence
  • Assist with social media management and content creation
  • Maintain and update databases and client records
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism

Contract Details

This is a full-time permanent position based in Durban North South Africa. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
