Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience as a qualified technician.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of technicians and provide guidance.
• Monitor and prioritize work orders for timely completion.
• Perform quality control checks on completed work.
• Coordinate with parts department for necessary materials.
• Develop and implement training programs for workshop staff.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
