We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to manage our financial records ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting software and strong analytical skills to support our financial operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update financial records including ledgers accounts payable / receivable and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process invoices and payments.
  • Monitor and report on financial transactions ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist with monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role. Does NOT have to have experience within the senior living industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Xero and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding and background in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
