A great Supply Chain is crucial to Unilever’s success, and a key catalyst at the center of our company. Our Supply Chain team is vital in getting our goods to customers and consumers; through sourcing raw materials, delivering the end products, solving complex problems and finding innovative answers to new demands in a fast-paced environment.

What will the scheme involve?

This three-year leadership development scheme is packed with variety and challenges designed to prepare you for your first managerial position. The scheme is composed of different stints that allow you to specialise within an across functions.

These stints split between your chosen specialization, enabling you to build functional depth, alongside rotations across the other stints to build breadth of knowledge. You may also complete an out of function rotation.

As a part of the Supply Chain team, you will work closely with business teams which;

• The Planning & Logistics department works to predict the current and future demand for our products. This forecast creates the foundation for everything else.
• Our Procurement team strategically decides where we should purchase our ingredients and packaging materials from and builds strong, reliable relationships with our suppliers.
• In Manufacturing & Engineering, our goal is to create purposeful products from raw materials, respond to changes in demand and engage in efficient, world class manufacturing.

Step 2: Profile Assessment

Complete two stages of profile assessment; a portrait personality test and an online assessment. These are designed to look at different elements of your cognitive, emotional, and social traits. You will receive personalized feedback after completing each stage.

Step 3: Digital Interview

The digital interview will consist of questions followed by a business case.

You will be asked to solve real‑world problems using Unilever scenarios. You’ll be able to record and complete your interview anytime and anywhere.

Step 4: Discovery Centre
