An international information service company is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver customer training across Sub-Saharan Africa. As a Training Specialist, you will support and deliver the regional customer training strategy across Sub‑Saharan Africa. This role will require regular travel to customers. Working under the guidance of the Senior Training Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring customers gain maximum value from EBSCO products and services through engaging, accurate, and customer-focused training.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with customers and internal stakeholders, develop deep product expertise, and deliver training both online and onsite. You will contribute to training planning, content development, and continuous improvement, while acting as a strong advocate for customer needs and feedback.
