A leading global natural resource company is seeking a Trade Accountant to support the preparation of financial statements and management accounts within the Oil Marketing Accounting department. Responsibilities include intercompany reconciliations, front to back reconciliations, and liaising with auditors. Ideal candidates should have a degree in finance or accounting, with 3-5 years of experience and strong Excel skills. The position requires excellent communication abilities and adaptability to work with teams across various locations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Early stages of ACCA, CIMA, SAIPA or CFA or keen to begin their professional qualification.
• Ideally at least 3-5 years of relevant prior working experience.

Responsibilities

• Reconciling intercompany balances and production accounting.
• Support monthly management accounts and liaise with auditors.
• Contribute to management reports and analytics.
