Minimum Requirements

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to lead
• Previous management experience essential
• Proven experience in driving and motivating a team to supply tooling requirements as well as developing the potential of all team members
• Strong understanding of CAD (computer aided design) software and other manufacturing and maintenance
• Experience in Tooling ability to make tools and understands Milling and Turning machines and can estimate machining times and costings
• Material planning and tool manufacturing planning
• Previous experience in a production environment
• Planning of tool manufacturing able to provide accurate delivery datesManaging of the tool manufacturing plans
• Managing of the committed delivery dates for tools
