This role requires a minimum of 6 years of post-graduate engineering experience, particularly with HVAC systems, and a relevant engineering qualification. The successful candidate will manage technical projects, on-site contractors, and ensure quality management within the operations. A valid driver's license and reliable transport are essential. To oversee the technical team and manage, improve, and optimise the technical operations within the facility. To act as the management representative for quality management, continuous improvement, and occupational health safety related to the engineering aspects of the facilities. The core purpose of this position is to perform maintenance on buildings and equipment to ensure that assets remain in their original state.
NQF level 6 Engineering qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Thermodynamics and Electro Technology passed at 2nd‑year level.
Tertiary qualification in business management / leadership
