We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead complex Voice and Contact Centre transformation projects.

You will join a forward-thinking technology team delivering innovative solutions that shape how customers connect, communicate and experience banking.

In this role, you'll take ownership of strategic and BAU Voice Technical Change projects, driving delivery from planning and mobilisation through to implementation.

You'll work on mission-critical transformation initiatives with a team that values innovation, collaboration and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Voice and Contact Centre projects, including infrastructure upgrades and application modernisation.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to define scope, timelines, and success measures.
  • Develop and support business cases aligned with strategic goals.
  • Manage governance, risk, and stakeholder expectations across all delivery stages.
Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (NQF Level 6+).
  • Agile Certified, plus PRINCE2 / MSP and PMP / PMBOK credentials.
  • 5+ years managing infrastructure or technical change projects.
  • 2+ years experience in a Banking or Financial Institution.
  • Hands‑on exposure to Voice and Contact Centre technologies (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys).
