Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Preference: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) and GCC Leadership development qualification advantageous.
• 8–10 years’ experience in the manufacturing environment.
• Project Management experience and minimum 3 years’ experience managing a team.
• Asset management experience.
• Budgeting and cost management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment within Production, or Technical Departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical team in asset lifecycle management.
• Drive the team to provide hands‑on technical expertise and continuous improvement.
• Manage the procurement, installation, and maintenance of equipment.
• Oversee the identification and mitigation of asset risks.
