Job Purpose:

Nutun is currently seeking a responsible and trustworthy individual to fulfil the role of a Team Leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible to motivate and inspire their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility they will be reporting into the Operations Manager.

Job Objectives:

• Inspires, leads, engages, coaches, develops, and motivates a team of agents in supporting the delivery of the best service/sales to our client’s


• Develop and implement operating plans in line with customer services strategies, policies and procedures


• Ensure compliance service policies, procedures, and operating plans


• Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with good problem-solving skills


• Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs


• Set performance standards (Key Performance Areas, Key Performance Indicators)


• Ensure performance measurement is carried out correctly and regularly


• Must be accountable with regards to targets and Quality Assurance


• Completion of daily trackers, and return to work documents

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Retail and Outbound experience.


• Knowledge about wines advantageous.


• Flexible to work shifts (12-10pm).
