Role Description

This is a full‑time remote role for a Team Lead at The Perfume Co. Africa. The Team Lead will oversee and manage team operations, ensuring achievement of sales and distribution targets, and fostering the growth and motivation of team members. Key responsibilities include delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to improve overall team efficiency and success. Collaboration with upper management and ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values will also be central to this role.
