Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce planning, headcount forecasting, or operations planning.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Experience in BPO or high-volume staffing environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal staffing models and track capacity, workload distribution, and productivity trends.
  • Build forecasts for attrition, workload shifts, and headcount requirements.
  • Analyze recruitment data and recommend optimizations to hiring workflows.
  • Create dashboards reflecting staffing trends and prepare monthly reports.
  • Partner with Engineering to maintain accurate workforce data.
