Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years experience in a Recruitment Manager role.
• 3 - 5 years experience in Call Centre/BPO environment.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years experience with Bulk Recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of staff in the Recruitment Centre.
• Train staff on company policies and recruitment processes.
• Communicate with Managers on candidate requirements.
• Sourcing and Screening of CVs for open vacancies.
• Interview and assess candidates as necessary.
