Job summary

Qualifications

• National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related field and/or 5 years proven experience in HR.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially VLOOKUPs and Pivot tables.
• 3-5 years of HR Business Partner and Payroll experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive working environment and develop a competent workforce.
• Facilitate adherence to HR policies and relevant legislation.
• Manage selection and recruitment processes, including onboarding.
• Assist with audits in the HR Department.
