The role involves accurate financial reporting, team leadership, and delivering strategic insights to enhance business operations. Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ relevant finance experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, IAS, VAT, Tax, and South African financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review trial balances and journals for month-end adjustments.
• Prepare and finalize management accounts and Exco reports with performance analysis.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting support to operational branches.
• Prepare and consolidate annual budgets and forecasts.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to drive audit readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance.
• Prepare performance reports, variance analysis, and risk assessments.
