Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ generalist HR experience, with 2-3 years in management.
  • Experience managing HR across multiple entities or business units.
  • Cross-border HR experience (SA & UK preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment processes for multiple entities.
  • Ensure compliance with South African and UK employment legislation.
