Qualifications

• 3 years minimum experience at Mid-Management level required.
• Grade B PSIRA Certificate (Including Reaction).
• Valid driver’s license (minimum 2 years).
• Firearm competency (Handgun business purposes).

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager with branch growth and deployment of local community strategy.
• Develop a pro-active training strategy and crime reduction strategy.
• Ensure operational compliance and manage daily and monthly operational duties.
• Compile and distribute monthly reports to stakeholders on strategies implemented.
