Qualifications

• 5–8 years' experience in business analysis within banking or FinTech environments.
• Proven ability to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
• Strong understanding of Alliance Banking models and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Document and improve end-to-end business processes involving external partners.
• Conduct gap analyses, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines in an Agile environment.
