A retail company located in Cape Town is seeking a Retail Supervisor to optimize sales and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have two years of retail experience including supervisory roles, strong leadership, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities include implementing operational strategies and managing a team. Applicants with a Grade 12 qualification or further qualifications in retail/business will be preferred.
