Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a store management role within a retail/FMCG environment.
• Extensive people management experience of a large and diverse workforce.
• Financial management experience including budgets and profit/loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales while tracking daily targets.
• Manage all operational activities of the store including expenses and stock.
• Ensure in-store presentation and promotional standards are maintained.
• Motivate and develop employees for future business needs.
• Schedule staff according to the Group's labor policy.
• Attend to all administrative responsibilities in an efficient manner.
• Execute customer service initiatives for great customer experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Monitor customer trends and competitor activity.
• Drive cohesion between store and pharmacy teams.
• Support the Group’s vision of being a top health and beauty retailer.
