Job summary

Qualifications

The role is based in: Mokopane Limpopo

Job Description

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Co-ordinate preparation and issuing of new documentation.
  • Receive and review requests for amendments.
  • Withdraw and destroy all obsolete controlled documentation.
  • Maintain a historical record copy of all controlled documentation issue.
  • Attendance and contribution at standards committee meetings.
  • Prepare documents for Standards committee meeting.
  • Communicate latest changes in controlled documentation, procedures, standards and code of practice.
  • Lift and shift documents conversion from Anglo to Valterra template.
  • Publish documents on Share point and maintain metadata.
  • Compile weekly overdue report and update month end report and presentation.

This role is at a C5 level and reports to the Compliance Officer.

Qualifications
  • Grade 12 or Equivalent.
  • Relevant technical qualification or Diploma (Risk management/Doc control).
Experience
  • 5-year's experience.
  • Extensive Engineering standards and legislative knowledge.
  • SHE experience or governance experience will be advantageous.
  • Advanced computer literacy (Ms Office).
