OUR SCHOOL:

Reddford House Northcliff is situated on the affluent Northcliff Ridge and is surrounded by the upmarket, leafy northern suburbs. ROLE SUMMARY:

To adopt a holistic view to students in their care, promoting the general progress and well-being of individuals and of any class or group assigned to them. To create a positive learning and sports environment and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage all sports administration from Grade 1 - 12
• Meet and manage all safeguarding protocols and policies
• Coach at least one Reddford team per term – therein to plan, prepare and present engaging sessions
• Teach a college subject
• Attend relevant Reddford sports tours as either the coach or manager
• Support the development of a Sports’ Department striving for best practice
• Serve the community
• Behave in a professional manner with regard to punctuality, behaviour, and standards of work
• Consistently evaluate, reflect on and develop their and our practice
• To undertake any other reasonable tasks that the School Heads determine
