What you will bring:

As our Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless spa and salon wellness experience for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • First Point of Contact: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with a welcoming atmosphere as they enter the spa.
  • Manage Guest Experience: Ensure that every guest interaction is positive, offering tips on the best products and services to meet their needs.
  • Handle Transactions: Register new guests, process payments for services, and issue invoices while maintaining accurate records of business transactions.
  • Support Spa Operations: Assist in the smooth operation of the spa by coordinating appointments and managing schedules effectively.
  • Maintain Professionalism: Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Spa Host or Receptionist in a Spa or Wellness Centre is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with ESP systems; knowledge of Opera Cloud is extremely advantageous.
