We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef - Breakfast with experience in large-scale 4 or 5-star hotels to join our culinary team.
Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will take ownership of all breakfast operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a high-quality, consistent, and memorable dining experience.
Applicants must hold a valid South African ID, and only candidates with Sous Chef experience in large-scale 4 or 5-star hotel kitchens will be shortlisted.
