We’re Hiring: Social Media Lead – Paid & Organic Execution

Location: Hybrid (Pretoria) | Start Date: 1 March 2026

Salary: R25 000 – R30 000 NETT (CTC ± R29 000 – R35 000)

We’re looking for an experienced Social Media Lead to manage all day-to-day execution within our Social Department. This role is highly hands‑on with a strong focus on paid social campaign management (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), optimisation, analytics, and reporting — while also supporting organic strategy, content briefing, and caption writing across multiple brands.

You’ll ensure the team delivers high‑quality, on‑brand work and that all campaigns meet performance goals. While you oversee workflow, execution, and output, people leadership and final approvals remain with the General Manager.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced agency, is exceptionally organised, and loves turning strategy into performance‑driven social content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead execution of all paid + organic social deliverables
  • Plan, build, optimise, and report on paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn & TikTok
  • Manage budgets, tracking, pixels, A/B tests & full‑funnel strategies
  • Guide organic social content, captions & monthly calendars
  • Compile performance reports (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, GA4, Looker Studio)
  • Present insights and recommendations to clients
Requirements:
  • 4–5+ years agency experience in paid social campaign management
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads & GA4
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and executional skills
  • Excellent copywriting for ads & organic captions
