We re a dynamic marketing agency based in Tokai, Cape Town (Southern Suburbs) , and we re looking for two Social Media Assistants to join our team.

This is a strictly office-based, full-time role , perfect for marketing graduates, students, or junior professionals who want to build their portfolios, sharpen their skills, and work on exciting client campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X Write clear, creative, and compliant captions in collaboration with our copywriting team Create short-form video content, static posts, and basic graphics with support from our in-house design team Help plan, update, and manage social media content calendars under the guidance of the Content Lead and Head of Marketing Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and is approved before publishing Monitor comments, messages, and mentions across platforms Respond to basic enquiries using approved guidelines and escalate sensitive or complex queries when needed Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant Track engagement and performance metrics and assist with social media reporting Maintain accurate content records for compliance and auditing purposes
