Social Media and Content Creator Specialist – Remote.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Creation Specialist to join a dynamic internal marketing team within a leading international digital services provider.

In this mid-level, permanent role, you won’t be dealing directly with clients; instead, you’ll have the chance to shape and strengthen the company’s internal brand identity, telling its story across global markets and helping to position it as a trusted partner to digital agencies worldwide.

As part of an international team, you’ll collaborate closely with experienced marketing leaders, bringing fresh ideas, creativity, and a strong voice to campaigns that make a real difference.

This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while being part of a supportive, international team. It’s suited to South Africa-based professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, want international exposure, and are eager to make a direct impact on brand visibility, engagement, and growth.

Location: Remote, for applicants living in South Africa.

Salary: R25 000 – R35 000 per month (CTC).

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 4+ years’ experience in social media and content marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Excellent command of written English (grammar, spelling, and syntax).
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote setting.
  • Ability to balance creativity with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Portfolio of past content and campaigns (required).
