POSITION INFO
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with a high volume of legal tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Draft and proofread legal correspondence and documents with precision
  • Handle dictaphone typing and prepare large bundles of legal documentation (photocopying, scanning, filing)
  • Manage invoicing, arrange payment of invoices, and reconcile accounts
  • Sort and file documents in chronological order
  • Keep things organized, efficient, and accurate across all tasks
  • Work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently
Key Skills & Experience
  • At least 6 years’ experience working in a legal firm with an understanding of legal practice and general legal processes (action and application proceedings)
  • Corporate / commercial legal experience is beneficial but not required
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently
  • Must have your own reliable transport
