Site Reliability Engineer – Utrecht – Hybrid (€100K) fluent English speaking and based in the Utrecht area

32–40 hours

You ensure that technology keeps running — always and everywhere.

Reliability is in your DNA. You build, automate, and continuously improve until everything runs smoothly.

What you do

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you ensure that complex IT environments are secure, stable, and future-proof.

You work at the intersection of development and operations, enabling teams to innovate with confidence.

Automate monitoring and incident resolution

Support teams in their transition to DevOps

Work with cloud and container technologies (Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, OpenShift)

Strengthen security and compliance

Analyze incidents and prevent recurrence

In short: you make systems smarter, faster, and more reliable.

What you bring

Experience with monitoring, CI/CD, and automation (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and container environments

Proven expertise in Kubernetes and OpenShift

Affinity with security and DevSecOps

Curiosity for new technologies such as AI

You are analytical, forward-thinking, and enjoy challenges that require precision and smart technical decisions
