Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Western Cape Government standards and building regulations.
  • Oversee quality control, progress reporting, and site documentation.
  • Enforce strong Health & Safety culture in line with SACPCMP and OHS Act requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 510 years experience as a Site Manager in building construction.
  • Proven experience with large scale Residential and Commercial building projects is essential
  • Strong technical knowledge of building trades, finishes, and site management.
  • Relevant qualification in Construction Management / Building / Civil Engineering preferred yet experience takes the lead
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport.
