Job summary

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Shift Production Team Leader to oversee all manufacturing activities during shifts in Kempton Park. The successful candidate will ensure targets are met safely and in line with quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production processes, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and conducting on-the-job training. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Chemical Engineering or Pulp and Paper Technology and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a production role within manufacturing.
  • Minimum diploma in Chemical Engineering or Pulp and Paper Technology.
  • Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
