Main Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership, mentorship, and guidance to service technicians
• Manage day-to-day service operations, including job scheduling, resource allocation, and process improvements
• Ensure prompt, high-quality maintenance and repairs of refrigeration and compressor systems
• Drive efficiency, safety, and response times through effective process management
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile service reports

Required Skills and Qualifications
