Introduction and Purpose

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and looking to join a dynamic team? We are building a Talent Pool of experienced and customer-focused Service Consultants. If you’re proactive, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

This is a general application to join our Talent Pool. By applying, you will be considered for upcoming Service Consultant roles as they become available continuously. We will contact shortlisted candidates when a suitable position arises.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels (phone, email, etc.).
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Promote and cross-sell relevant products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office package, etc.)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
