Responsibilities

• Support Unit Manager in ensuring safe client experience.
• Provide direct patient care and mentorship to new nurses.
• Ensure comprehensive and safe patient care and mitigate risks.
• Manage client experience and staffing resources effectively.
• Assist in managing operational expenses including stock.
