Qualifications

• At least 10 years experience including Africa and international tax experience.
• Transaction experience (M&A project finance).
• Private equity experience.

Responsibilities

• Management of tax risk from both a fund and fund managers perspective.
• Oversight and input into tax risks for investment and divestment transactions.
• Providing strategic input to transactions and asset management teams.
• Tax compliance including FATCA / CRS across legal entities.
• Providing ad hoc tax advice to portfolio companies.
