6-Month contract | US working hours required

They are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Partner who thrives in fast-paced, innovative environments and brings strong expertise in hiring high‑calibre non-technical talent.

This role will suit someone who enjoys partnering closely with senior stakeholders and taking ownership of end‑to‑end recruitment delivery.

In this role, the Senior Talent Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment for business‑critical positions, contribute to hiring strategy, and play a key role in delivering a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience as the organization continues to scale.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own full end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑technical roles across the organization.
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing approaches to attract high‑quality talent.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Champion a world‑class candidate experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Talent Acquisition function.
