Qualifications

• Approximately 4 years experience in a senior chef role.
• Previous experience as a Sushi Chef or in an Asian restaurant setting.
• Solid understanding of various sushi types and rolling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a diverse sushi menu using a variety of fresh ingredients.
• Lead kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and health standards at all times.
